Garnish.

- 250 g minced pork.

                                                                 

- 2 tablespoons red curry paste.

 - Tomato 20 small balls.

- Soya sauce (or fish sauce) 1 tbsp.

- Peep sugar 2 1 / 2 tbsp.

	- The tamarind concentrate 1 tsp. - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
